Nicely located hotel in a quiet area but with plenty of bars,cafes, shops nearby . Short stroll into town centre and down to the river area. Hotel was okay , maybe a little bit tired in the bedroom and succeptable to traffic noise being on the road . Good options for dining and small gym. All in all a decent stay and location.

I chose this hotel for one reason only - the promoted luxury bedding and pillow top mattress. In reality, the bed was fine, but really no better than the average hotel. There were a number of issues with things not working in my room, but they were all repaired.

Lovely blend of old and new with excellent facilities

We have stayed here both times when we have travelled to Perth and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. It's located in a quieter part of the CBD and that suited us just fine. Travelling by car is easy and the onsite parking, if you can get it, is well worth it even if it's a little pricey. We left our car there mostly and used the convenient free Red Cat bus which loops Perth to get around to shopping districts and Optus Stadium.The rooms are well appointed and are categorised into heritage and modern to reflect the original building and the extension. We've stayed in both and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a heritage suite this time round which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. Plenty of food and drink options around the area as well as a choice of four terrific 'in house' dining options. The ramen place looks great and is hard to get into so make sure you book early. We ate at their pub and had a casual breakfast and coffee in their lobby. While there a plenty of hotel options in the Perth CBD, this one ticks all our boxes - quiet and relaxing, easy access to major highways for our day trips to the Pinnacles, Swan Valley, Perth beaches and Freo. The staff are professional and very accomodating and check in and check out was seamless. Great place for a 1 -3 night visit. Excellent choice of hotel for a visit to Perth. Couldn't fault cleanliness, quality of room or friendliness of staff. Very conveniently situated to explore Perth. Coffee shops very close by as well as an assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Fully recommend and would stay there again

Would definitively stay here again

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, comfortable, good facilities, friendly reception staff, location. Choice of coffee shops across the road and many restaurants within easy walking distance. Transport links, bus and train, within a few minutes walk. Would stay again.
