Great amenities and spotless!

I stayed here for one night in July with my mother and we absolutely loved it wished i stayed here longer. The hotel staff were so nice and the place was spotless. I am not sure why this hotel is only three stars it should be at least 4. There was complimentary items at different times of the day like teas, coffee, water, snacks and even free late night dinner ( it was noodles but we couldn't try as it wasn't vegetarian). The room was very clean and yes it was small but we made it work( 2 people and 2 large suitcases). I picked the room with the standing shower no bathtub and it was probably the best shower of my life, it has water coming out of 11 different places and was wonderful. I recommend to anyone staying in sendai and it exceeded expectations, especially for the price.

The multifunctional shower in the Double Room Shower Type you stayed in allows you to enjoy warm water from multiple points, from head to toe. While it does not have a bathtub, the separate toilet and sink area make it a popular room type.

I felt comfortable.

The room was very clean and I singled out a double room, but there was also a sofa and I could unpack my belongings, which was very helpful. Towels and the like were also new with Imabari towels and the logo was cute and easy to use. Netflix and YouTube would have been nice if I had an account. The amenities are not cosmetics, but instead are prepared for the public bath. Free drinks and nighttime noodle service are also great for girls’ trips. If I wanted to, I would have liked more snacks. It was comfortable because I couldn't hear the voices next to me or outside, perhaps because of the concept of asking people to listen to music. I was there for two days and I thought it was a reasonable price for this time of year. There was a lot of inbound traffic, so it didn't bother me, such as making noise, but I was concerned because I had to wait constantly and maybe I couldn't be careful because I took a lot of snacks from the service.

Beautiful city hotel with piano and pipe organ playing

I had booked from Expedia and paid for it in advance, but I couldn't find my reservation because of some system problem. Rooms were prepared by the hotel employees based on their smooth judgment and response, and we were able to spend a comfortable stay in our rooms on the 15th floor. The lounge on the 7th floor offers relaxing time with piano playing and a pipe organ at breakfast. There is also a public bath on the top floor (16th floor). Unfortunately, there were no windows in the public bath, but it was a beautiful bath.

It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel gives a very comfortable feeling and is very clean. The room is cleaned every day and is kept very tidy. It was a wonderful experience.
