Very satisfied

Cheap price and very nice room. The staff was friendly and the environment is quite nice as well. We both had a great stay. The location is very good, half an hour from Shibuya. The hotel is also well connected to the train network. The staff were super friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. The room is nice and offers plenty of space.

The perfect quiet yet convenient stay in Tokyo - excellent staff!

We had an excellent stay at ICI Hotel Ueno Shin Okachimachi at the start of February'25. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure was very strong and the price was very reasonable. The real stars are the staff though - everyday we were greeted with kindness and the team there need to be commended on their professionalism and keenness to help. Ordering taxis and getting advice on the local area was so easy - and best of all - they helped us to no end when sending on our baggage to Kyoto via Yamato. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
