Located just a 3-minute walk from Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station, the b asakusa is 400 metres from Sensoji Temple. Hanayashiki attraction park is 200 metres from the property, while Asakusa Subway Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Wonderful Small Hotel—Great Location!
The hotel’s location, barely five minutes from Sensō-ji Temple, and tons of restaurants and shops in Asakusa can’t be beat. I loved the people who worked the front desk here as well, very helpful, to be sure!
I would stay here again!

There are definitely better options
Front desk employees were standoffish and brash, they won't acknowledge you unless you inquire them directly and they'll service you in an exasperated manner. Unfortunately, we've had the same experience with front desk staff at two "The b" locations now so one can only assume this is how they operate.
The room had obvious signs of wear and tear, dirty-looking walls and carpet, and dust on surfaces that housekeeping obviously skipped over because it looked clean at a glance. While the room was an adequate size, it was narrow so the layout did not work for opening medium/large suitcases.
A nuisance was that the main ceiling lights were connected to the washbasin light (basin is out by the entryway, separate from the toilet) so if you need to turn on the light to wash your hands at night, the whole room will be lit up.
There's a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby as well as coin-operated washers and separate dryers available for guests (older kind without password lock).
During the time of our stay there was construction right outside our window. The noise wasn't bad but there were construction workers who could see straight into our room.

Good tourist hotel
The rooms are, as expected, small but effectively furnished. There is a fridge, enough storage space and two comfortable beds.
The suitcases fit best under the bed, travel bags still fit next to the bed.
The bathroom with nice shower is pleasantly large.
Breakfast, only from 7:00, was the standard of other hotels, but also not anymore.
