This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A prepayment deposit equivalent to the first night's rate via bank transfer or PayPal is required within 24 hours of booking to guarantee your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been made. As the property does not have a front desk, guests are required to provide their expected arrival and departure times, at least 3 days prior to check-in date. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 are subject to additional surcharge. Check-in service is not available after 00:00.

Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
