Nice place to discover

Nice hotel and the staff are so gentil as i worked in tourism already i can say that im satisfied
i will tagged my friends for it
Im sure with time the hotel will be in top hotels in rabat city

Great location really close to the main attractions and the medina plus couple of minutes away from the train station. The team is really nice especially Zouhair at the bar. The room are a bit basic no amenities inside the room but overall good place to stay in Rabat

Needs a Lot of Updating

We stayed here on our tour our one night in Rabat. I'm sure at one time the hotel was quite nice. But it is long overdue for some updates and renovation. People think you build something like a hotel and then just start raking in the money. But, while the building may last for many years, a hotel gets a lot of hard use in the common areas and in the rooms and things wear out. The carpet in the hotel should have been replaced at least 5 years ago. The fixtures in the room and bathroom all need to be replaced just so they don't look like they are older than you are.
Like I said, it wasn't a "bad" stay but nothing to remember or make me recommend it. Maybe it's the nicest hotel in Rabat but I'd definitely confirm that before I stayed here again.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Bad experience! We stayed only one night but enough to give a negative assessment. We were greeted with a smile that soon after disappeared because they were only booking for one person and did not want to hear reasons to adjust it to a double despite showing our voucher. After waiting for an hour in the lobby, we were escorted to a small room that was unwelcoming and with signs of poor cleaning. Requests for a change were worthless, despite the fact that several rooms were available on their website. Another surprise was the bathtub in the bathroom, with a fairly high level that did not facilitate the possibility of climbing over it, especially for a person who was not agile or worse still with disabilities. Their answer was that they did not have shower rooms in the hotel and that model of bathtub was present in all rooms. Measly breakfast. We do not understand the criteria by which four stars were awarded to such an outdated, dilapidated structure with low-qualified staff. Highly recommended!!!
