Staff members butlers are trash
Worst service i have ever had i stayed in the beachfront oven view loft suit it literally took about a day for the hot tubs to fill up jets were not working all the restaurants were completely booked

Rooms were nice. We were supposed to get a $600 resort credit but it never appeared.
The wine options were really basic

Nice place. Room AC did not function properly. Too hot to sleep and foul smell from it. Told staff each day…requested a new room. HVAC did not get fixed.

Enjoyed myself solo trip staff was very nice the butlers Ivan and Edgar were amazing , enjoyed the spa as well and the Bali bed. It was my birthday and they gave me this. Definitely will go back. ! Food was amazing too
