Excelente servicio

Hotel spa muy bien ubicado dentro de un fraccionamiento a lado de un wal mart, frente a un oxxo y restaurantes así como terminal de pullman, con excelente servicio de su personal. Buenas instalaciones, alberca limpia, jacuzzi con hidromasaje en magnífico estado, buena comida. Tienes diversos servicios de spa con costo extra a excelentes precios. Habitaciones regulares, la ducha pequeña pero muy cómoda.
Detalles a mejorar, tal vez el mobiliario de las habitaciones el cual es básico y muy sencillo.
Definitivamente regresaría.

La atención del personal es excelente

Por fuera no parece un hotel pero una vez adentro cambia la percepción. El lugar es tranquilo y bonito. Lo que lo destaca es la atención del personal, que es excepcional. Super recomendable. En mi caso fuimos a una boda muy cerca y la ubicación quedó perfecta. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo.

Me parece un excelente concepto

Me encuentro aquí y hasta el momento el servicio a sido excelente, son muy atentos podría nada más sugerir que los colaboradores te digan su nombre son muy sonrientes pero no se como se llaman, el servicio si es personalizado y me gusto mucho la comunicación que hay con el cliente felicitaciones

Me encantó

Me encantó el lugar.
Pasé un tranquilo y relajante fin de semana con mi esposo.
El trato super amable, las terapias y masajes de primer nivel.
Excelente opción cerca de la ciudad para pasar el fin de semana y recuperar fuerza y salud.

Excelente

Es un lugar apacible. Excelente para ir a descansar y relajarse.
Cuenta con instalaciones muy limpias y de primer nivel, así como un personal muy profesional para todo lo que ofrecen en el SPA, masajes y terapias.
De igual forma los alimentos y platillos muy sanos.
