The room is clean. The staff are helpful and services are excellent. It would be perfect if the temperature in the room can be adjusted.

Took us 3 hours to reach the hotel from ulanbstur outskirts due to jam
We booked the suite but there’s no hot water available, and we were not able to shower (-2 DegC day)
Seems like the entire hotel only had one staff running service duties

Cleaning

1. The bathroom and grand hall scent was so horrible yesterday. I think it was sewage line. Using a natural scent aroma is perfect choice for this. But other service was not so bad.
2. 17th Jan breakfast service was 3/10 had no guid or guidlines.
I stayed other hotels before Ramada, Novotel etc. But your service was a little bit expensive compared to their services.
And staffs comunications are a little bit harsh

Our room was pleasantly appointed, but it was unbearably hot and there was no way to control the heating apart from opening the window, which let in a lot of noise and smog and even with outside temperatures in the -20's was not enough to reduce the room temperature to a comfortable level.
The breakfast was OK but was not good value for the extra cost.

The room was nice, but it was unbearably hot and there was no way to control the temperature except to open the window. Even after the hotel sent up a technician to shut off the radiator (he had to use tools), and even with the window open to the -24C air outside, we still had to sleep without bed coverings.
