Nice and value for money!

I stayed there for 2 nights with my friends. We took 1 Double and Triple room and the rooms rates are very reasonable. The hotel location is near to center of the downtown area. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The breakfast is delicious too. The staffs are friendly.

Too old, water is too slow and not hot enough. The booking information is too confused. It takes a long time for the registration. Air condition is also limited. Almost no air condition in the lobby

Impolite security man !

Today evening i was there, security man have bad behave to me. I am angry to hotel management team. They are not train well to their staff but receptionist boy is very nice, hotel have good location even you can rent bicycle from there for visit some places in Mandalay like Mahamuni Pagoda, some of wood carving workshop, marble workshop, etc.

Not that good, not that bad.

It's quite close to downtown, and there is a supermarket in walking distance.
The room has enough space and bathroom is okay. (no bath tub)
But there were mosquitos in the room and it also happened in my friends rooms.
If you are OCD about bedclothes, this hotel will not be your first choice.
They offer free wifi but it is too slow.
Breakfast is okay.
Lastly, most of hotel staffs are not good at English.

Friendly and helpful staff

I stayed there on May 20,2015.It was nice and peaceful there.Check in time was ok,most staff were friendly and helpful.My corner room 201 was enough space and clean,but without bath tub.Hotel location situated near main junction,so a little bit noisy for day time.Bed,bed sheet,pillow cases,towels were clean.Hotel was safe with fully security guards and CCTV.Hotel provided free wifi with coupons.Morning breakfast for May 21 was nothing special and without fried eggs.Overall rating for these hotel is very good.
