Exceptional
Great breakfast, friendly staffs.
No compliant at all. It's very close to the beach and other places like restaurants and ticketing center and local stores. With the money you pay, it's all worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice guest house and amazing staff
I stayed in this guest house for 12 days. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful,the breakfast was very rich and very good, the rooms were clean. There is a beach in a distance of three minutes walk and it's the second best beach in Ngapali area. I would definitely recommend staying at the guest house if you are not looking for an expensive resort.

Clean rooms and great breakfast
We stayed here for one week, the location is perfect, also they have free bikes and e-scooters for rent. Everyday they were cleaning our rooms. And breakfast is really tasty! Also staff is amazing (only one thing was annoying that owners toddler was very rude with our todller and making her cry every morning ).

Best place for relaxing
First of all, we arrived at 5am and they greeted us and had our rooms ready for resting. We were celebrating our anniversaries, so they decorated the room accordingly and surprised us with some complimentaries that we really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and we couldn´t hear noises from outside. The breakfast is outstanding. They have lots of choices and if you want all of them, you can get them. Everyday they had a different snack from Myanmar so we got to try many different things. It was delicious. The family that work there are all so friendly and nice, willing to help you in anything you need. Actually, they give you a family feeling, we would play with the baby every evening and enjoy our time playing ping pong. The beach is so close, and if you want to explore the island they have bikes for free. It was the best hotel of all our stay.

Lovely stay!
Okay I will say perhaps a couple of shortcomings could be found depending on how many or high expectations you may have. However, I would say forget about your expectations and just enjoy the genuine care the family owning this guest house provide.
First of all, they do things differently, really differently. Situ, the guy who runs it all and speaks a great English, is genuinely caring and helpful. He tries to accommodate your wishes and has a wonderful sense of humor. I think he was born for this. If you need anything, the only thing you need is just ask and they will help.
The family prepared for us guests who stayed longer than just a couple of nights a wonderful surprise in the form of a delicious dinner on site and a sunrise pagoda tour. I don't think I would have been able to see that on my own.
They provide free airport transfer and even if there was a little mishap with mine upon the arrival, they reimbursed me for the taxi I took. How wonderful!
Not to mention the free bicycles. Honestly, riding around Ngapali on a bicycle was one of the best experiences and beyond my expectations. Something else really. That's something I'll always cherish.
And there were other little things that the hosts did for me during my stay which I appreciated really greatly.
Always smiling, welcoming and approachable.
If you add that you are literally a few steps from a paradise beach, what is there to wish for?
Breakfast is fun as you have a variety of choices.
Overall, a unique experience for me. I have left full of memories and like many people, I didn't feel like leaving. People say that 4 days here are too many. I stayed 8 and still didn't have enough. A couple I met there stayed for 2 weeks. Really. It's a paradise and Golden Queen is one of the best choices if genuine hospitality combined with very reasonable prices matter to you.
