Incredible value, everything brilliant

Amazing hotel, great value, superb huge room, immaculate and clean. A limited menu for food on site, but quality and a good price. Very friendly, love dogs. Amazing breakfast. Would highly recommend. Nothing negative to report

Acceptable hotel.

The hotel is located outside the city centre but is easily accessible by bus. The staff is friendly, the breakfast fine.
The rooms a bit old and not particularly large.
The shower obsolete with shower curtain.
Overall, however, ok.
Value for money is acceptable.

An interesting experience

easy to find, but parking an absolute nightmare for our little 9 seater bus. When we arrived, I went in whilst the others sat in the bus waiting for parking instructions. The receptionist was on the phone and just flatly ignored me. Eventually I asked thebar hand where to park and she assigned us to a designated area that was insufficient in size for the little bus. When we eventually found a place to park, the receptionist did not even say: "welcome, how was your trip?" Basic customer care needs to be addressed. The rest of our stay was really good. We took a bus into the Altstadt and the breakfast next morning was excellent.

Disaster, disappointment

If you have disability like me, don’t come to this place ever never. The staff in hotel disaster , the no nice, we came for 4 nights to celebrate new year and we left after 2 days.
in first day they be not nice but tolerable, in the second day the ask my pasport , I am Israeli and my husband Dutch, in this moment they Overturned and the saying that we not welcome, so I say no problem u don’t want us, we don’t want you, so please back my money, they don’t agree and we left without are money .
I-have a service dog , and they ask payment for her, so I ask, so u take money from blain people to? They say yes! It just shows that they don’t know the law about disability rights! So if u Jew oh whave disability, don’t come to this antisemitic hotel!

Nice hotel with good bus connections

Very nice hotel with good bus connections. We took the bus from there to the Christmas market and stayed at the hotel. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. To welcome you to the hotel there was a voucher for 2 hot drinks.
