Head for the restaurant
The staff of restaurant were great. Especiallu Lumy Taman and Mizan. They were really great. As i liked the reception staff too.

Pretty good.
The downside of this hotel remains its buffet not varied enough but this was compensated by a really helpful and attentive staff. A special dedication to Abdelhali always of remarkable efficiency and availability and also to Nizwan and Remu at the restaurant which are always at the top, a kindness and Service that we really appreciated. You have greatly embellished our stay

Great stay @Ramada encore muscat
I had a very good stay at the hotel. Wifi internet connection was excellent, and overall, everything during my stay was great.

Excellent Stay , Good Location
Very comfortable rooms . Very good house keeping and a hotel where things work well. Breakfast spead is also decent and good if not great .

Comfortable stay
The s’King suite was comfortable and practical. It is a little older and the rooms are a bit outdated. Considering the floor plan, it tends to be loud and you can hear the noise from restaurant. But it was comfortable. The location is great and practical.
