Hidden Gem
Amazing customer service and the bed were comfortable for what we need. The bathrooms were clean too, and we got to store our bags for the 3 days we were backpacking.

Great Hostel!
Great hostel experience! I stayed with my sister and the beds comfortably fit us both. We felt very safe, the showers/bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of hot water. Not to mention the location was amazing. We walked everywhere in town. Would highly recommend to any traveler!

One of the best I’ve experienced—worldwide
Cache House is one of the best hostels I’ve ever visited, US or international. Full-sized comfortable beds for everyone! Meticulously clean, plentiful hot water, glass shower door, comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They work in tandem with the hotel next door for other needs. To top it off, it abuts the renowned historic district.
If you run the Grand Tetons Half Marathon, your walk to the free shuttle buses is two blocks. You won’t find another lodging more convenient or better priced.

Highly recommend
Nice, clean space. Beds are pretty spacious alongside the common areas. There is no parking on the property for this hostel so plan for that if you have a rental car. Appx. 10 minute walking distances from free 48 hour parking garage. Easy access to Jackson square.

This is a cool place and I really wanted to love it, but my experience was a mixed bag.
Positives:
--The lobby/common space in the hotel is wonderful and is a great place to hang out with a book, a cup of coffee, or your laptop
--Beds in the hostel are very comfortable
--Bathrooms are modern and sparkling clean
Negatives:
--Not having access to a kitchen was a definite downside (this isn't a traditional hostel per se, but that said, I think it's the only 'hostel' type facility I've ever stayed in that doesn't have at least basic kitchen facilities
--One morning during my stay, there was a couple camped out in the common space (area with sofas, tables & chairs), sleeping on the couches with luggage spread out around them. The lights were turned off, making it so that other guests couldn't use the common space that morning (I tried but couldn't find the light switches to turn them on). I thought it was strange -- if they were registered guests, why weren't they sleeping in a bed, and if they weren't paying guests, why were they there?? I informed the front desk staff, who were completely unconcerned about it and did nothing. Even if it wasn't a security issue, it made the common space feel unwelcoming and unpleasant to have a couple of vagabonds camped out there. My takeaway was that the staff of this hotel/hostel aren't really big on enforcement of the rules, to the extent that the guest experience is diminished.
