Nice hotel friendly staff
We had a premier room and although it was smaller than it looked on all the pictures I’d seen it was a nice enough room.
Had iron and ironing board in the wardrobe, kettle, Nespresso machine , tv and a mini fridge. Item in the mini fridge are not free. You scam a QR cod to see the prices.
There is a nice bathroom with a big shower that comprises of a normal shower and a rain shower. Nice big towels and robe and slippers in the wardrobe.
Lights are not that great for doing makeup.
Breakfast is served from 7-11 and was very nice. Plenty to choose from. The staff bring hot drinks to the table. One side of the toaster don’t work so there was a wait to make toast . Plenty of juices and pastries as well as a hot buffet.
NOT SO GOOD POINTS
There was blood splattered up the wall around the light switch so the bathroom had not been cleaned properly.
The pillows were not very good and were lumpy. They were as though they had been put in the washer and gone bitty:
The room was opposite Molly Malones pub so it was constantly noisy but more so at kicking out times and when the staff were attacking the tables up the metal barriers. You will need ear plugs. There are some in the drawer at the side of the bed but looked like they had been used.there is a pharmacy in the train station across the road that sell them.
The tv is as pixelating all the time so was difficult to watch any shows so watched our iPad:

Felt like Family
But what makes this place so unique and special is the staff. Jan, Paul, Dylan, Franca were the absolute kindness,sweetest, funniest breakfast staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It was even hard to say goodbye to my new friends. These nice folks feel like family. Make sure to stay if you want a peace of family.
