Wat fijn om te horen dat je genoten hebt van de locatie en de verschillende mogelijkheden! We zijn blij dat je de kamer en het ontbijt gezellig vond. Very disappointing
The next day, you have to claim to have the invoice before payment. The pro forma invoice is false - the deposit of 100 e for the reservation of the restaurant table is not deducted - the receptionist makes no effort "I do not speak French" I must find in my emails proof of my payment (obligatory for any reservation of table on the site) - finally it is rectified - without any excuse or smile.
The complaint email sent the next day receives a reply in perfect bad faith.
Too bad because the restaurant is great!

We understand your frustration regarding the room's temperature and the lack of heating in the bathroom. Please be assured that we are reviewing our heating systems and procedures to ensure that such inconveniences do not occur in the future. We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our guests, and we regret that we did not meet that standard during your stay.
We also regret the confusion regarding your invoice. Our restaurant team should have ensured that the 100€ deposit for your restaurant reservation was properly deducted. We will address this internally to prevent such issues going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and for the lack of courtesy you experienced when requesting assistance. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Finally, we are sorry that the response to your follow-up email did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and will work to improve our communication and customer service moving forward.

Unforgettable
Due to our experience in the afternoon and evening, we had high expectations for breakfast the next day. But even these were exceeded. All the food items from the buffet were presented nicely and tasted fresh, we really liked that they had the typical items and classics such as croissants. Where it really went from great to amazing was with the à la carte items; the scrambled eggs were some of the best we had ever had, and the pancakes, although not seeming to be home made, tasted delicious because of the toppings. Every dish tasted fresh and high quality. The ambiance of the breakfast hall was a sight to behold as well, so we had a great experience here as well.
Every time we thought our experience at the WSHS could not get better, it did. This has been a truly 10/10 experience and we would recommend everyone to visit this magnificent hotel, it is truly more than worth the price.
