The hotel is nestled in a beautiful park like scenery. Excellent breakfast included. Comfortable suite. excellent professional, and courteous staff.

Good hotel with friendly staff

Upon arrival a beautiful building with a nice reception. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant looks neat and the food served is excellent. Breakfast is also in the restaurant and is quite extensive. Then the room, I had a standard room in the annex building. The room was not too big, but clean, the beds fine, the bathroom dated.

A gem in the Veluwe

We had booked for four nights, but unfortunately the rain ruined our stay.
The hotel is clean and tidy, beds okay, bathroom free of mold.
Hotel staff neat and polite.
Many things to see from this hotel, sand sculptures (Garderen), Mariahoeve,
We wanted to go for a nice walk in the area, but rain spoiled the plans, and unfortunately we left 1 day earlier.
A big compliment to this hotel.
After a long day, drinks time is highly recommended

This is a beautiful hotel nestled in an enchanting wooded area. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was exceptional with abundant space, comfortable bed, great workspace, amenities and nice charm.
The property is very conveniently located near the Putten village which is picturesque and interesting. There is a great deal to do within easy walking distance. There are many nice shops, bakeries, food options and restaurants. There is an Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Domino's very close, and a Plus, Lidl and Action a little further away but easily walkable.
It was fun walking around and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the village.
It was so nice, i stayed on two separate occasions during my sightseeing vacation.
I can highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Refugees (families with small children) are housed in part of the hotel

Think carefully before booking a room in this hotel because refugees (families with small children) are housed in a number of rooms. Of course we have to offer refugees shelter, but the combination of hotel guests and people who live in the hotel permanently is not a good combination. We had booked a ground floor room with access to a terrace. Until late in the evening we had noise pollution from screaming children playing in the courtyard. Later, adults also joined in the noise pollution. The noise pollution continued until after eleven. I contacted reception twice by phone, but unfortunately without result. No action was taken. When the guests in the room next to us also experienced inconvenience, I walked to the reception where the receptionist paid more attention to her phone than to our complaint. All she said was: 'I don't hear anything anymore and these people also have private rights'. The next day I wanted to speak to the manager of the hotel, but that is not that easy in this hotel. The response from the receptionist on duty was: 'A lot of people want to speak to the manager so it is best to send an email to our general email address'. Not really customer friendly or helpful.
