very good and cheap

Hotel was one of the best I found in the entire Pakistan. Nice and very clean rooms (from 18.000 Rp) with AC and TV, water and power supply (no AC when the emergency generator-power is running). Breakfast extra but cheap, cheap and good dinner is served on the porch, in the nice garden or in the restaurant. Taxi ride to the bus station is around $ 3 and takes 20 min. The hotel is very popular and heavily booked.

Oh dear

The garden saves this hotel from being a disaster. Staff friendly, food reasonable. They accommodated our food requests.
Rooms dirty and dusty.. bathrooms grotty with broken fittings. But there was hot water and internet. So not all bad

Nice garden, dirty rooms

Stayed here last week and we loved the garden and location by the river.
However rooms are dirty and musty - how hard is it to clean a bathroom? They were disgusting! There was dust all over the furniture.
As in all areas in Northern Pakistan you have to ask to have the hot water turned on and power and WiFi are variable .
Sheets were thin and grey, food was adequate . There were a lot of staff sitting around watching TV - need to get them into a bit of cleaning !!!

Expect little, and you won't be too disappointed

An older property with nice grounds in a good location. Poorly maintained and not clean. Service indifferent. Food below standard. If there were any competition this hotel would have no business at all.
