Comfortable, clean and friendly

The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Shower was hot and strong. The reception staff spoke excellent English and all of the staff were very helpful. When I struggled to find a local pharmacy, a member of staff was happy to show me the way. Room service food and breakfast buffet were both good.

Pc Hotel Lahore the best hotel in Lahore all staff very nice special Imran and Aziz very nice person Bukhara restaurant food was amazing and delicious we enjoyed food total food and Sweet tasti next weak again PC hotel for dinner

Unethical manager called employer to complaint about my repair concerns.

Unprofessional...lol room had repairs that were needed at move in. Hair dryer was broken, TV not working, lamp pin broken, electric sockets not working, trash left in the trash can no toilet paper, shower broken leaking, no hot water as they admitted they turned off the water heater on a very cold night, shower gutter was choked flooding, no central heating but a small electric heater. Instead of fixing it humbly manager called my employer and complained that I had concerns. I would give them a 0/5. And definitely never recommend them to my friends & family in Lahore. Their idea of customer service is to screw their guests over...Poor show...Very unethical. If this is their standard of customer service be careful they don't snitch on you too if you request repairs. Here's some to support what I'm saying. They blocked the option of putting a bad review here. What crooked business.

Average hotel, nice staff

I stayed here for two nights while working in Lahore. My room was relatively large, with a decent bathroom and a good shower. I had two issues: the room stank of cigarette smoke, despite being a 'non-smoking' room, and the window was stuck together with sticky tape. This meant that it was noisy, drafty and condensation ran into the carpet. The cleaning staff had left the curtains closed, and for a good reason. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The staff were friendly and helpful. On balance I would stay here again if I had a different room.

Decent place for a weekend / overnighter

We have twice now stayed at the facility, the second time with a family of six and quite recently (Dec 2016). We have found the facility to be good value for money as other facilities in Lahore offering same amenities were priced much higher. The hotel is clean and rooms are quite spacious. Service is quite prompt and staff friendly. There is no elevator in the hotel so if climbing stairs is a problem, this is not the place for you. Also, music is the gym is very loud, at least in the rooms near the gym where we were staying. So if you want peace and quiet, ask for a room away from the gym.
