I really liked this hotel. Clean, good breakfast. The manager at the reception is very nice and helpful.

We stayed in a very strange cheetah themed room. The floors had seen some flooding and were damaged, there were cockroaches and a spider was crawling on my pillow. Clearly this room and hotel weren't in good condition. On top of that, the breakfast was very meagre.
Service was good because they did try to find us an alternative room but to no avail unfortunately because all the rooms had problems.
This hotel is really dated and needs a full refresh.
I would never stay here.

Well...

The Hotel meets the expectations of price and quality, it is a good Hotel that should improve its maintenance especially in common areas. The service of all employees is excellent, the breakfast is not very varied. Very good location..

A hidden gem in downtown Encarnación

We love this hotel! It's a charming boutique hotel with thoughtful and chic decor! The location is perfect and walkable. The panoramic restaurant is very pleasant and has a beautiful view of Encarnación. Great pool deck! A sauna and gym are plusses too! We have stayed here before and will stay again! Great value!

huge room

I stayed one night. It was perfect. A huge room at an excellent price. Perfect if you go to work or for a walk. Very good buffet breakfast, in a comfortable restaurant with great views. Very friendly attention, really worth it.
