Excellent accommodation and location!

I went with my wife and son, super welcoming, great location and attention, nice decor, good breakfast. It is totally worth it as a place of entry and exit. Ideal if you had any gym space... otherwise very well and close to the guest.

Beautiful property in great location

I want so much to give this property a five-star rating. This is a beautiful property with a courtyard, in a very quiet part of the historic center of Arequipa. It's basically at the end of the main street that goes to the main plaza. You have access to hundreds of great restaurants. The city government keeps the historic center so clean. The room and bathroom were not big, but the bed was comfortable with great linens and fantastic duvet and blankets. The bathroom linens were also soft and there was lots of hot water for showers. Unfortunately, they don't have any heat in the hotel. One day and evening we were quite comfortable, because it had gotten quite hot outside. But the other two days, having a little bit of heat in the bedroom would have been just slightly more comfortable. They had a great breakfast with good coffee, fresh fruit, fresh cucumber and tomato, and they cooked eggs fresh for you. I would recommend this property, particularly if you're not needing a little more heat.

The hotel is well located and has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast, although the breakfast is not so varied. The staff is friendly, but the rooms are a bit too spartan. Even here there is no heating. Too bad because the hotel is nice

Highlighting the professionalism and attention of Rosana and Diego, the incredible hotel, pity that we could not enjoy breakfast on the terrace..
I recommend ... 8 minutes from the square of arms Arequipa.
Also in Arequipa you can enjoy its beautiful streets and bohemian people...
If we return to Arequipa, we will return
