Comfy and cosy

We stayed here in October. Although the weather was brisk outside, inside it was cosy and warm. We stayed in a room with two single beds. It was nice, but an additional pillow would have been appreciated. There was a TV in the room, however we didn't switch it on so I don't know what channels were available. There were plenty of plug sockets. There were four double rooms on the floor, sharing a toilet and a shower room with toilet. There was a kitchen on the ground floor with appliances we could use, as well as kettle and fridge etc. It was a twenty minute bus journey from the centre of Warsaw. And the bus could be caught about a five to seven minute walk from the b&b. There is a kiosk at the bus stop for buying a ticket (the driver does not sell tickets). I would stay here again.

very happy

We found the B&B easily; it was very neat and clean, and the person on reception was really helpful throughout our time there. We shared a bathroom, but had no issues with that. It was quiet at night, and it was good to be able to get teas and coffees any time we wanted. It was also good to be able to use the fridge and freezer downstairs in the dining-room. We rate this B&B very highly.

AWFUL

It was worst.
First of all, It is not a B&B. No breakfast. Secondly and horriyingly, the toilet and bathroom are shared. No fresh towels, No room service, No one at the desk most of the time. English is not spoken by most of the service personnel and I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

Complete privacy

I did a 5 night fly/car hire to Warsaw and stayed here, it is only about 5 miles into town(gps a must!) Shared bath/shower room but kept absolutly well stocked and very clean, complete privacy from owners and staff and excellant security, parking no problem and would recommend for short breaks.

A really nice place to stay

I find it is a good place to stay to visit Warsaw, it's at 20 minutes from the Old town by bus. The team is really nice and takes good care about your stay. There is not a real parking, but you can leave your car in front of the house. The rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen are clean and you can find easily all you need. I spent only 20€ and I think it's a good value for money, but be careful because you can't pay when you arrive, in fact they take in advance the amount from your bank account.
