Fantastic service and the whole experience for the visitor had been well thought through from free welcome and leaving drinks, simple reference guide to traveler info, and they spotted (I think from my passport) it was my birthday and sent cake and wine to our room.

This restaurant although very busy with lots of staff running around there was long delays on the food, with others getting served long before us. The food is made to order but none the less others were served first . Be prepared for a long wait

Nice central hotel for visiting Lisbon
Things that were good:
- Good, fairly central location - near main tourist sites with easy access to the train station, Metro and buses.
- Excellent showers.
- Good solid WiFi.
- Friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English.
- Solidly decent restaurant for when you are too tired to go out.
- Overall, good value for money.
Less good:
- Rooms were definitely a bit on the snug side. I am told that the rooms are quite spacy by Lisbon standards, but overall it felt a bit squeezed to me.
- City centre location means you do get quite a bit of outside noise. Not loud partying or anything, but just regular street noise.
Bottom line: if I was going back to Lisbon I would stay there again. A solid and safe choice.

Fantastic Hotel
First time at this hotel, but will stay here next time I’m in Lisbon. Staff are friendly & professional, food is really good & location is ideal. A truly positive experience, management and staff are a real asset to this hotel. Also, the most comfortable bed ever & great housekeeping service.

Great place to stay
Sensibly priced, outstanding location, great offers and friendly staff.
