Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Charges are applicable for the use of special facilities and services, including room service and the shuttle service to and from Faro Airport. The hotel reserves the right to request full payment or a credit card guarantee upon check in. Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform the hotel of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking. When booking more than 9 rooms, different cancellation and prepayment policies may apply. Please note, that city of Portimão hall authorized 1 music festival from the 9th until the 11th July 2025, in Praia da Rocha, very close to AP Oriental Beach Hotel. However not only the above dates are affected but also the days immediately before and after the festival dates due to assembling, disassembling, sounds check, sound tests etc. It’s difficult to know how much all this will affect out mutual clients stay therefore we strongly recommend that all guests are duly advised about these events and the disturbance caused by them. We would like to reiterate that we cannot assume any responsibility on complaints due to an outside event which is fully licenced by the local entities. As usual, the security of the Clients is duly ensured, but regarding noise, we are sorry but we cannot guarantee anything in this matter.
