Nice stay

It was a great stay. I really love the place and will come back at any moment. Erald did a great job by checking us in and sorting out a very nice room for us. We really appreciate the time and effort you put into making our stay perfect in a few words.

I stayed at Novotel London West and my experience was absolutely disastrous, not worthy of a 4-star hotel. First of all, I was bitten by insects in my room, which was also very dirty – far below the standards one would expect from an establishment of this category.
After this incident, I sent an email to the hotel’s director asking if any investigation had been carried out regarding the insects, but to this day I have received no reply, which shows a complete lack of care for guests.
On top of that, the receptionists kept changing their version of events, which was extremely unsettling and unprofessional.
Worst of all was the behavior of the manager, who was shockingly insolent towards me. Since the receptionist was unable to provide me with the breakfast hours, the manager arrogantly told me that, as an Accor Group employee, I was supposed to know them already. This is absurd, as each hotel sets its own breakfast schedule, and such an attitude towards a guest is totally unacceptable.
In summary: uncleanliness, lack of professionalism, no follow-up, and outright rudeness from the management. A truly awful experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

A Nightmare at Novotel West: Disrespectful, Disorganized, and Dysfunctional

In my 30 plus years of travel experience, this will rate as the worst. Had to wait for over 3 hours to get a room, the phones in the room don’t work making it nearly impossible to order food or place any other requests.
The carpets are dirty and full of spots. The staff has no clue and they have been trained to start every sentence with a sorry - sorry we don’t have an umbrella, sorry we don’t provide breakfast cards, sorry we don’t have an adapter and so on.
This hotel probably caters to airline staff and if you are planning to be here for business or pleasure, be prepared for zero expectations.

Very comfortable stay.

Good hotel, with great service. Breakfasts with a lot of choice. I'd come back. Cleanliness of the room is correct. The room is very comfortable.

I'v stayed at this hotel multiple times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hammersmith Station, which also serves as a major bus terminal-making it incredibly convenient for getting around London. Whether you're heading into the city of travelling to and from the airport, the transport links here are exceptionally efficient.
The area is lively, with plenty of dining options nearby to suit different tastes. The service meets the standard of a typical branded hotel, though I noticed this time that the room felt a bit dated. That said, the overall experience remains positive. This hotel will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit London.
