Could not fault, the staff & service made this hotel excellent

The staff here were incredible, from front of house to the restaurant which is why it's worth 5 stars. We were upgraded on check in to a studio suite (room 103). Very clean and peaceful despite being in a busy yet convenient location. You could go to most hotels & find faults. I'm not interested in reviewing missing grout around tiles etc, the service makes this hotel. Breakfast excellent with good choices. Loved the times & that you can have a late check out without having to rush. A few minor issues that we addressed & will not go into detail as they were dealt with really well. The senior management should be really proud of their team who do an amazing job. Room service was good.
Central location 5 min walk from either Waterloo or Westminster underground

Great!

Very well placed hotel, impeccable rooms, impeccable service and very attentive staff and care.
The London Eye is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and Westminster Bridge is also a 10-minute walk away.
The location of the hotel is not noisy.

Amazing

Genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels and although this one is a 4 star, they treat you as if you’re in a 5 star. They upgraded us as it was my 30th, gave us some lovely cakes and a bottle of wine in our room! I mentioned I had little children at home so they gave us some little Halloween things for them. The staff really do care here, it’s super clean, spacious, great location, beds are comfortable. I don’t have a single bad thing to say and I would come back here continuously. Perfect stay, thank you all so much for making my celebration so peaceful and enjoyable!

Lovely hotel. Brilliant location, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Perfect for our stay.
Room was clean and bright. We looked out towards Westminster so good views as well.
Room had everything we needed including body wash and lotion we even had bottles of water
