Absolutely Terrible. AVOID!!

Firstly the communication when trying to arrange an early check in was terrible. I asked that if we couldn’t check in early, was there somewhere we could leave our bags? But no one got back to me.
We were greeted by a dreadfully stained carpeted stairway and the strong smell of cigarettes and weed.
When entering the flat I was surprised by how terrible it was.
It’s right in the middle of soho with a nightclub in the garden, but that was the least of our worries!
You can’t lock the flat door from the inside, which was a worry to me. There is a badly burnt out plug in the kitchen, which was completely uncovered and free to use.
One of the large blackout blinds is broken in the kitchen/living room, so it completely blocks out the light.
There are stains on every single surface in the living room, from the dining table chairs to the sofa.
The bathroom was relatively clean, apart from the heavily stained bath mat. Which was frankly disgusting. We were provided with one toilet roll for our 2 night stay, so we had to buy toilet rolls which wasn’t ideal.
The bed covers smelt very heavily of cigarettes and the sheet was stained.
Inside the wardrobe there were yellow stained pillows and old smelly duvets.
There is damp/water marks on the walls in the bedroom (above the bed) and in the living room.
When the flat above have, which I can only imagine being their washing machine on. It vibrates the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the front door.
To call this flat ‘luxury’ is the biggest false advertising I have ever seen.

DISGUSTING, Don't waste your money!

Stayed in the flat in Brewer Street, eventhough you had to meet in Rupert street, which was very dubious. As soon as the street door opened, we were gutted to see filthy carpets and stairs. Three of us stayed here this week for 2 nights to celebrate our birthday's. I slept on a worn out smelly camp bed. The bed in the main bedroom had sperm stains on the sheets and hairs! The whole flat was dirty and grubby. Look at my pictures I took this week. That god we were out most of the day and evenings. If we had enough money to book another place we would have. Also when we arrived in London I was told to phone them 30mins before, I phoned 2 mobile numbers at least 10 times and no answer. Got through to them eventually obviously. There was 2 dirty mugs and 2 glasses for 3 od us. The towels were smelling, thankfully I took my own. At the end of the stay all 3 if us had itchy skin and a rash. Why is this Flat still on booking.com etc. They advertise other flats as well. Stay well away and look at my pictures.

Hell

Why is booking.com advertising this dump. As all the other reviews say it is truly substandard. It’s filthy. It is not at 53 Rupert st as advertised but around the corner. I felt so unsafe as if there was a fire in the building there’s no escape. Davide is quite aggressive when asked anything. Don’t book it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s dirty, unsafe & not in the location stated!!!!!

Do not stay here! We were told to meet host on brewer street which is where the grotty flat way - above a ‘Thai spa!!’. We were greeted by 2 men and shown into the hell hole. On the stairway was an electric heater that was hanging off and very dangerous! The flat was absolutely filthy dirty with hairs, dust and stained bedding (that was too small for the beds). The bathroom door lock was broken off and the Beth room was absolutely filthy dirty. The crockery was dirty with coffee still left on the machine, there was dirty marks up the walls and stains on the rug. The towels provided were rolled up and wet but when I told the host he said that was due to the ‘humidity’ We did not stay as felt very very unsafe! I Guarantee we won’t get a refund. No idea how this is able to be advertised on booking.com. It’s truly shocking

Grotty and unacceptable customer service

The apartment is very grotty and after an error with the booking.com app they charged me twice for my stay and refused to refund me. The only thing this flat has going for it is the location. I highly advise that you don't stay here. DONT STAY HERE.
