It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. - Rooms are serviced daily, and lodges every 3 days. - Children may use the indoor pool between 09:00 and 17:00 when accompanied by an adult. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - The property cannot accept bookings of more than 4 rooms or 2 lodges. - If you are travelling with children, please ensure any requests you make are confirmed. - Spa treatments and activities can be booked for an extra charge and it is recommended this is done prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. - Please pre-book all dinner and breakfast requirements. - Lodge guests access to all hotel facilities including dining, and there is a limited food offering to the lodges. - One dog can be accommodated at the property in the Single, & Classic rooms and 2 medium size dogs in the Castle, Valley and Family Rooms for an additional fee of GBP 25 per dog per night. Guests must inform the property when booking if bringing a dog. Please note the following with regard to their stay: - All dogs must be aged 6 months or over and fully house-trained; - Dogs must be kept on a lead around the estate (please avoid walking on the golf course); - Dogs are welcome in the hotel in the bedrooms, Cathedral Room, the Library, the seating area under the main stairs and the South Terrace; - Dogs are not allowed in the Oak Bar, The Adam Room and the Great Western Grill. - Should you wish to have your dog with you at dinner there are a limited number of dog friendly tables available Smith's Brasserie so please pre-book. Alternatively we are able to serve dinner in the Cathedral Room should you wish to dine with your dog; - Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, and should you wish to leave them for a short while whilst you are in the hotel we can provide a crate for them on request.
