The unit is dirty. The water floods the restroom from the shower. The beds are hard. There was no instruction about checking in or checking out. I didn’t know I had to go to the 10th floor. There is no instruction about the pool. I had to pay an extra $132 to use the pool. The pool is locked Saturday morning until 2:30pm but check out is at 1pm! Mold on the walls and ceiling.

国外友人您好，首先很欢迎您来中国旅游，但是我们卫生给您带来不便很抱歉，您反馈的问题我们马上让阿姨处理了，我们这个房间重新装修过的，住过的客人非常喜欢强烈要求下次给她们留这间，希望您下次有机会再次光临，床的话两间卧室匹配了一张硬的一张软的床，满足客人不同需求，关于入住和退房说明我们平台上面有写入住地址和会员到两点退房。关于游泳池，入住的时候我们有告知您这是五楼健身会所的游泳池，您可以自己去买票，入住当天您已经带着您几位小孩去游泳了，并支付了132元人民币，第二天退房前我们收到了您的反馈，您一直反复和我们强调的是游泳池收了您132美元💲，我们立即说去帮您找健身会所退费，到了后工作人员说您在半个小时左右前已经来过并把132元人民币退给您了，但是在这之前您一直说会所没给您退费，他们也是因为语音不通以为你们没有游过所以退给你们了，后来才得知你们已经游过了，游泳池有明显指示牌提示下午两点半开门至晚上九点半，您说我们没有任何告知，我们酒店因此也给您支付了50元已示慰问，结果您还是给了我们一个差评，差评对于服务行业来说影响很大，所以我们必须要解释一下，希望您在中国玩的开心，少薅一点中国人的羊毛吧

The photo of the hotel is ps, which is not real at all. It is recommended to stay in the apartment next to the u community, especially the new price is cheap, and there is free parking.
