Would possibly stay again

One night stay over the weekend. Location suited as it was very close to Wollongong railway station. no pull up area directly at front of Hotel reception & had to run in & ask for the garage roller door to be opened. Parking was an extra $15.
Room was adequate. Attempted to phone reception regarding workings of the TV, but phone didnt work. The light in the bathroom was very low wattage & it was hard to see. Due to its close location to the Hospital it would be suitable for a short stay whilst visting due to having washing machine, dryer & dishwasher. The bed was comfortable & had a large balcony with an okay view. It was quiet & were able to have a good nights sleep. The room was dusty in areas but overall it was a good stay and would consider staying again if we needed to stay around this area.

Disgusting!! Do NOT recommend staying!! I rate it a -5stars

2 bedroom superior apartment
Absolutely disgusting!! Dirty!! Bathrooms not cleaned properly so be prepared to clean before you use !! Mould in bathrooms and water damage in ensuite bathroom coming in from the outside and causing walls to crumble!!
Previous guests clothes left in dryer, dirty dishes in cupboards, fridge was dirty, floors were not vacuumed or mopped properly!!
Kitchen was grubby and nothing wipe down properly!! Mould in dishwasher so we were not able to use it !! Mould around all windows and sliding doors!! Walls are disgustingly dirty and mouldy !!
No doona on one of the single beds.. only a sheet!
No bath plug so had to call reception for one and it still didn’t fit !! A/c has not been cleaned for months, full of dust so was u able to use it!!
The entire unit was a disgrace!! Not worth the money !! I do NOT recommend staying here !!

Totally disappointed and unacceptable

Booked a Superior 1 bedroom apartment as a corporate customer via Bookings.com based upon description and provided photos. Upon arrival, the lobby and surrounds were dirty and unkempt. Dirt and dust were evident on the floor and rugs, walls were grubby and marked. There was an overpowering smell of disinfectant. Upon being directed to the room the lift was filthy and hadn't been cleaned for some time. Carpet in hallways leading to room was filthy and again walls were filthy. Room was disgusting. No surfaces had been wiped down with obvious glass ringlets on tables and benches. Again floors were filthy as were the walls. Fridge and appliances had obviously not been cleaned for some time. Lounge was putrid. No way would you prepare a meal using their facilities. Staff were shown the evidence of our complaints and to their credit were extremely apologetic and admitted they have had previous complaints about cleanliness. Refund was requested and we left for another place to stay. Disappointed with Booking.com's representation of the property. This is definitely not a 4 star property.

Good place to stay. Close to Centre of Wollongong as well as Hospital. Defiantly will use again.

Overall the stay was acceptable except for the watered down showergel and liquid soap
