Please inform Ella Jungle Resort of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Ella Jungle Resort is located in Ravana Valley, 6.8 mi from Ella Town. Guests must park at the café at the 10th Mile Post and take a 15-minute 4WD ride followed by a cable car to reach the lobby. Please note that Ella Jungle Resort is located approximately 1.6 mi in the jungle, where vehicle access is limited and only up to a certain point. There are 2 ways to get to the resort: 1. By vehicle from the main gate to the Resort car park and then ten minutes trek to the Resort. 2. By vehicle from the main gate to the Resort car park and across the river by cable car to the Resort. It is encouraged to check-in before 5.00 pm – so please give yourself time if you choose option. Please note that the resort does not offer free accommodations or meals for the driver or any personal guides. Please note that there is no telephone network in the property. Also, free transportation provides to the resort only for check-in and check-out.
