The bed cover had white dried stains on it 😩 and there were hairs and dust by the end of the bed against the wall. Also two of the pillowcases were inside out and the pillow dented which made me suspicious. The carpet did not feel very clean. The staff is very friendly and someone swapped out the blanket directly so I don’t think the problem is with staff, but planning of resources. Also the kettle did not work and the room was cold even on max temp. I am sorry to say I cannot believe I paid 6400kr for two nights with this standard. The sole reason to stay here is location which was great for a concert.

Samtidigt är jag ledsen över att få veta ert rum inte levt upp till förväntan när det gäller städningen.
