Good location, very good hotel, top notch staff!

wWe were here in may 2025. In october it was even better than in may, much cleaner. We liked it very much and want to come back in may 2026. The staff is very kind, helped us with reservations for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. They gave us advice on good places to eat and travel

Felt right at home, thanks to Johnny and the team.

Review for Atlantis Royal Hotel, Istanbul (Stayed July 23 – August 8, 2025)
We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis Royal Hotel in Istanbul. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, Mustafa is alright! but I want to give special thanks to Johnny, the night shift receptionist. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Johnny was always friendly, patient, and ready to help with anything — from giving great local recommendations to arranging late-night requests with a smile. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and made me feel at home.
I also want to recognize the lady from housekeeping during the day, who did an excellent job keeping my room clean and comfortable. She was always cheerful and made sure I had everything I needed.
The hotel’s location is perfect — close to many major tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s very convenient for exploring Istanbul and returning to a peaceful, comfortable place at the end of the day.
Overall, I highly recommend the Atlantis Royal Hotel for its outstanding service, clean rooms, and perfect location. A big thank you to Johnny and the entire team for making my stay truly memorable. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

Excellent Q/P ratio!!

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the center of Sultanamet: the main monuments and the tram stop are very close. Sleep is assured by the silence of the street and comfortable mattresses, breakfast is served in the adjacent hotel and is very “Turkish”, freshly prepared, with a really varied sweet and savory offer. The rooms are comfortable, and especially spotless. The bathroom does not have a window and would need some extra maintenance but it is in my opinion the only flaw of this cozy hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. As much as we paid we did not expect this nice accommodation! Recommended!

Beautiful experience

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff is very kind and very attentive to satisfy customers. The room clean, very nice furnished in Turkish style. Rich savoury and sweet breakfast. This hotel is centrally located close to major attractions. The staff speaks English. In short, the TOP. If we return to Istanbul, Atlantis Royal Hotel for ever!
