Wonderful little Hotel. Is quiet and very well located. Close to shopping and for hiking.
Staff is extremely friendly and the Restaurant has great food

My room was besides the escalator causing noise by any move
Dinner was excellent. Breakfast also.
The street was very noisy but with windows closed was ok.

We arrived at prime check in time but no one at the desk, and it took 10 minutes and ringing the bell multiple times before anyone showed up. The room was very basic, and was on the first floor. It was incredibly hot, and although there was a fan, even with all windows open, it didn’t cool off. The fridge in the room was also putting out exhaust heat, adding to the misery. Being on the first floor, with windows open, we heard ALL of the street noise of which there was much - teens racing cars, pumping loud music and throwing firecrackers, in addition to standard traffic and street noise. The only plus was being able to get to the Gotthard tunnel before traffic backed up during a summer weekend.

Fantastic location and a beautiful city, hotel was bang in the middle of the city square stunning place to stay wish we’d stayed for a week.
