The place to stay in Visp

Soooo helpful and friendly. We were delayed en route to Zermatt for 3 days due to a storm and were looked after superbly. Great advice whilst awaiting information willingly given. Superb all round professional service (and only 100m from the train station).

Good hotel for business trips

We had a good 4 night stay (on a business trip) in a double room. The hotel is in a good location: close to train station, supermarket and restaurants. The gym is across the street from the hotel and is “no frills” - i.e. no training personnel, no towel, no water.
The room was spacious and clean with ample place to hang clothes and a nice (no smoking) balcony. We appreciated work desk being in a separate section of the room away from the sleeping area.
Housekeeping seems to operate on the premise that the room will be vacant the entire working day - on our second day, they entered multiple times to (separately) clean, vacuum and replace towels; on our forth day, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned 4 times before it was cleaned.
This is a business hotel and we would stay again for business but not for leisure.

The fitness center is run by an external operator, which means that we have no influence on the equipment.

Ideal location, modern design, friendly staff.

This is the second time we've been here at the Baxter. Everything fit perfectly again. Reception very friendly, clean spacious rooms and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. We will certainly consider this beautiful casual hotel again.

Super location ,super nice and clean room ,friendly staff ,perfect breakfast ,safe environment
I wish I would stay more in this hotel;it’s the best hotel that I have stayed in Swiss

The location is very convenient. Just few steps from the train station
Saba’s time at the reception is very co operative and friendly
