The location is ideal and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We booked 3 rooms, unfortunately the bathroom one of them smelled bad.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend!

We were pleased by the hotel, it’s cleaness and the great employees. The room would benefit from a little repainting but it was clean and we slept very well. It’s in the middle of everything but very calm at the same time. Would definitively go back!

Absolutely adored this place. Did a lot of research to find a modern and clean decor to find this completely gem right in the heart of Phi Phi! It's newly renovated, king-sized bed, Netflix, bath and swimming towels. Little more expensive than the other hotels and inns around but still affordable and worth every baht for the comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and friendly! I'm very picky with cleanliness and the furnishings so this was the best stay during my trip. Highly, highly recommend and would love to come back again.

Hotel messed up booking refused to issue full refund

I booked two rooms at exactly the same time on Agoda. Hotel reaches out and says there’s actually only one room. I now need to cancel to find a new hotel to keep the group together and they won’t issue a full refund because one of the rooms has a “no cancellation policy”. The error was on you allowing me to book two rooms when there was only one. Not that difficult to understand. Don’t stay here unless you support fraudsters.
