We have stayed 2 nights in Chateau. Though the hotel is not new, but everything is well maintained. We spent a great time there. Every staff there is friendly and helpful. We participated some extra activities (Paper cutting, Archery, and golfing. ),Everything is fun when you get together with family/friends. Especially, we invited an Amercian friend with us, she had very good impression about hotel too. Will recommend other travelers if Chateau offer some meal plans, it's really valuable. (Will suggest Chateau :The buffet - breakfast, dinner can be improved if possible).

Very troubled hotel

Very unrecommended hotel. One-star service, five-star charge. For the first time you stay at the Hotel Positano, ask the reservation group about the room difference before booking, and then choose this room type because the Hotel Positano has direct access to the beach, in order to make it convenient for young children to change their laundry. When I stayed in that day, I discovered the situation of falling mountains, and the balcony outside completely unable to go to the front beach, dare not let the young children go out of the balcony, the high and low difference is very large, it is necessary to walk to the Marbella Museum to play in the beach, and a room can only borrow 4 large towels, because there are many young children, one can only get cold back to the room, completely not feeling the quality of the service of a five-star hotel. There is a lot of sand, and no guests confirm check-in and weather before hotel check-in. After the stay, found very many guests, that night 2F stayed in the student group, the evening the elderly need to rest, sound insulation effect is bad, came to the floor vibration, moving chairs, closing doors, etc. after many reactions, proposed to change the room to 5F room, the elderly said that the wind is very strong, 5F room window wind sound is great, can not change the room at all. There are no inquiries on the front desk the next day, and after eating breakfast early in the morning, after eating with a lot of guests, the dining environment was noisy and worrying, we left the room. In addition, the room only pencil can be used, borrowing pen still needs to go back to the first floor hall and return, very uncomfortable. Please refer to the guest's recommendations for the hotel's future operation and increase the return rate.
