It's ok!
I'm brazilian and I live in Norway. I and my husband was in this hotel 5 night. It's comfortable bed, client and litle modern apart. It's very near of old city. It is near of Mermeli beach. This is a beautiful little beach in the old city. You need pay 250 lire for entrance.
The location is good if you want to stay in the city center and the old city. It is not a peaceful place. Lots of traffic noise and at night too. The room is small, clean, the bed is good. The kitchen is used for making quick meals, but for those who want to make dinner, it will be as it is at your campsite. the pans are old and peeling. The meat board was very old and stained. I needed to buy a pan, and I had already purchased a frying pan and a meat knife before, so I had no problem. the refrigerator is small. The washing machine is new and works well. The apart is good and the price is cheap. the air conditioning works well. The staff does everything they can to help. We didn't stay at the apsrt during the day. just for dinner and sleep. If that is the intention, we recommend this apart. It isn't gratis parking, but is cheap.

DISGUSTING!
I will duplicate our review from booking here. This is a complete scam and completely inconsistent with everything they say.
The most important thing is the complete discrepancy between the photos in Booking and reality. The hotel entrance looks like some kind of massage parlor. You also need to climb a fairly steep staircase with your suitcases to the first floor. And there is already an elevator to other floors. Entering the room, you realize that there is no cleaning done here: hair is lying around, the floor and walls are dirty, the furniture is stained, and the carpet is generally a crime scene. The bed linen and towels were very washed, there was even hair on the bed. The furniture is in very poor condition. The equipment wasn’t even turned on, but it’s not a fact that it’s working. It was not comfortable being in the hotel, so we decided not to stay there and went to another hotel. The administrator who was on the night shift said that he could not return our money. We did not return again so as not to spoil our vacation. They did not offer us a refund and did not contact us the entire time.

Go around this place.
Get around this place!!! Disgusting service. The audacity and greed of the Turkish mentality in all its glory. Strong audibility. Smoked everything inside. Dirt! No elevator between 1st and 2nd floors and 4th and 5th floor. Rent a room in this hotel for $72/night, for a week, I don't know how I managed to pay $500 in the end, bribed at that time by a polite receptionist who was never seen again later. Came with his wife and little kid, 1.8 years old. Small room is 25 meters, with a low ceiling that can be hit with a head and a balcony with a great view. On the third day of stay asked if it is possible to ask for cleaning, to which the admin replied that the queue for cleaning is long, remind tomorrow. The next day, they said there was no cleaning planned, or extra money. We were in shock. On the 5th day, they promised to clean again and refused to do it again afterwards. Young administrators are one cheekier than the other. The cleaner with the cheeky face, exhaling cigarette smoke on us said pay extra and not before you. It's after paying so much money, we're sitting in a filthy hotel that doesn't have cleaning facilities, laundry we kind of have to do our own laundry, paper and bags begging. For the first time in my life, I wanted to smash that viper. I guess these guys change the name of the place regularly to remove the negative feedback, and in fact they all need to be fostered, taught to work, collective of deadbeats. Their job is to rip you off and after finger to toe not hit you so you have a comfortable time. They should read what a hotel is and how it works. The view from the window is great.

Worst experience ever
It is a total scam, to be honest for staying there owners have to pay for you. Rooms were uncleaned and with low quality, the main door wasn’t closing( feel safe to stay there, or bring locker with u) After seeing the room I asked for refund, and the owner declined me, they could give back at least for the part of my amount. It is better to pay more and safe your mental health, because of this my whole vacation just ruined. Thank you so much, I wish noone will trust you ever

Don't believe to the pictures on the booking
It was a disappointment for life. The room which we booked via booking was showing amazing pictures of the rooms under the name of "Sweet Home Standard Room" however the pictures were lying and the reality is very sad. The room doesn't have a shower cabin and it was standing right in front of the toilet. So imagine the water splashing directly on the toilet without any proper cabin or even curtains. The room was dirty. The door wasn't even closing properly. The personnel were friendly though. We tried to get our money back once we saw that the reality doesn't go along with the expectations but the managers refused to return it even the half of it. It doesn't have any beach area and the rooftop wasn't allowed to visit... which is strange. Please don't lie to the customers and share the real pictures on booking
