Thanks for the services

The hotel and the staff were really nice and helpful.Especially the reception staff Mr. Ali and the women Rabia and Neşe working as the food and cleanliness staff were very good ,working .helpful and friendly.The breakfast was also varied and beautiful in the hotel center.Fine price performance hotel.Thank you all.

Waha hotel was a bad experience...

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience for us as soon as we stayed with my wife and 2 siblings and brothers.There were no towels, no soaps, no sweaters in the room. Wardrobe included spider ags.Toilet tiles used half and half from previous customer and not changed. I went and said there were missing items the nighttime hotel manager gave us towels. I walked into the room and looked at it in the middle of the towel, with huge cracks on its wings, one of which was smashed into pieces and given to the customer without ever checking. I told you what happened in the morning and the front desk couldn’t find people looking at the night, not to mention clean towels. There were also hair on the carcasses, and one of them closed the overhead before cleaning.We wanted clean sheets and, unfortunately, we slept with a wet stomach. The only good thing is the location. It’s absolutely terrible beyond that. Don't take your family already bad bad noises from the rooms unfortunately was over-the-radar, absolutely not good for kids. I submitted all of my complaints when I went out and said there was only a housekeeper at the front desk who said they didn’t buy but they didn’t listen. Sorry, it was too bad.

Terrible

Its a terrible hotel dont come here. The rooms are not clean and the persons at the entry are not kindly.
If you come to bursa dont come to this hotel. They said first 250 euro for 4 days and at the third day we must go out the hotel. Its terrible and we are now in an another hotel

Terrible and dreadful

Terrible experience , receptionists did not speak English and the room lacked very basic amenities:
- No proper internet
- No kettle
- Only one electric socket in the room, had to choose between charging my phone or tablet or watch.
- Excessive heat from heater , no adjustment
- Bad bathroom plumbing
- Safe wasn’t working
- Housekeeping not on daily basis
- Cold water in reception boiler, had to buy my own boiler to have hot drinks
When I requested to check out the following day or even cancel my reservation with charge, my request was rejected and the hotel refrained from answering the booking agent. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I made hustle with no avail. They clearly informed me that no refund whatsoever.
