I asked Reservation in exchange for profanity

I Reservation 2 rooms for a green boutique hotel exchange on hotels.com at 11:48 and 11:49 p.m. on 06/05/2025, then called 11:50 05392430406 to let me know that I Reservation. In the meantime there was a call recording alert and if my phone is performing the opposite listing on my email, it keeps the automatic conversation recording in its memory. The person I'm talking to said call again in the afternoon I didn't see it at 16:30 I said I'm going back and there's no conversation recording on my phone and then I didn't go back. Then when I looked at my email I saw all your booking was canceled on request.19:06 and when I called again he said I'm canceling. I said I'm 50 years old and I said I'm 50 years old and I said I'm trying to cancel why I'm not going to have such a request.. I'm trying to get information about my reservation.. I'm trying to break the child's head and I'm already going to coma this listing and I'm writing this point.

No stay there.
They said Hotel is full and closed the door.
Booking is confirmed and paid but hotel was full and there did not even talk correctly.

The hotel was cheap and convenient. The desk attendants were mostly friendly except when we woke one up at 4:00 a.m. to call a taxi for us (which he suggested we do in the first place). Conditions and cleanliness were acceptable for the price. It's not the hotel's fault that we could hear the people in the room above us having sex three times throughout the evening and night, but there could be better sound proofing.

I’m very very very disappointed with this hotel, i came from istanbul tiredly with my friends, book over two weeks this hotel, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked? What???? im very sad, frustrated, want to cry loudly!!! cause i book this to rest but they said hotel was full, but there is room gor two people, and they want to me pay again?! Hello? Im not that rich to spend money to bad service. and then fortunately they asked me to go to another hotel setbaşı, and hotel totally dirty :) anyway please guys! don’t ever trust full reviews at google or another platform, study first! And i hope your holiday is good! and to this hotel, we will never ever come again :)) please improve your hospitality! And please don’t scam people cause it’s SIN & BAD!

We book 2 deluxe triple room, when we came.. they told us they don’t have triple room in the hotel and move us to other rent that far away from the actual hotel, and it was their own property and not proper for living,very dirty and dusty also the bathroom channel clogged ,the lamp is dim, it so unconvince for us to stay there when we ask for refund day 2 they doesn’t answer our massage so we just leave, very bad and unpleasant experience , I didn’t recommend you to stay here
