Overall it was nice but we suffered with room services, continuously we were asking for water to drink and for cleaning room, even they came they were cleaning it untidy.
Regarding the stuff, they were very nice and helpful
Finally i faced a problem with booking if hotels.com didn’t help me to solve it I would lost my money for one night.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it has some slight problems. One is the food is frightfully frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Everything is written in euros and for an iced coffee was like 6-year-olds and for hot chocolate I think it was slightly more. Breakfast is $32 so I didn't even bother. Also the problem with this hotel is that they let people smoke so even when you ask for a non-smoking room you kind of still smell cigarettes. They do have a chocolate happy hour if you have an accor card and I think it's between like 6:00 and 7:00 where you can have it chocolate feast for free. The hotel does have a nice big pool but it was a pinch cold for me considering it's December. I did use the hot tub which could be a little bit stronger Jets but was okay. This room is not really worth more than $100 which is exactly what I paid. It's quite convenient for s a w airport though.

I had a prepaid reservation at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Asia Airport (check-in: 29/11, checkout: 30/11), but it was cancelled and marked as a no-show because we arrived early in the morning. A prepaid booking should guarantee the room, regardless of arrival time, but instead, we were left with no prior notice or explanation.
While we were eventually given a different room, it was not the type we booked and paid for. To make matters worse, the staff handling our check-in was unprofessional and dismissive, offering no apology for the inconvenience.
This experience was far below Mövenpick’s standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to travellers with late arrivals.

What a wonderful Hotel with a service 5 stars. The employes are smiley, professional and very nice. The room wich was a suite corner was spacious and beautiful. I recommend that Hotel all the way!

The property was relatively well appointed and had the looks of a five star hotel. Unfortunately there was a distinct lack of atmosphere and no alcohol served and no area to relax after work. The lifts were terrible and had to use stairs on more than one occasion. I would not recommend this hotel and if the airlines pull out it will go bankrupt.
