Clean and interesting design
Was very comfortable and lovely personal
Silent rooms,no one disturbed by music or loud conversations

Prices are not too high and for every type of cheap till expensive rooms

Disappointed
After looking at there website I was looking forward to staying here! Arrived just after 12 noon and was told after waiting at reception that my room was not ready, which is fair enough me being early. So went to the lobby bar for coffee only to be told that the machine was broken and I would have to go out side if I wanted coffee. Let say the person in question spent more time on the phone and smoking then making sure the area she was in charge of was clean and tidy!
The bedroom was clean and tidy but in my view not finished off no paint on the ceiling and a phone light that you could read by! No soft close of the main door and you could here other people moving around the place.
Breakfast was the main reason for choosing this place as the website states great food! O my god how wrong it was please see picture processed food only and this hotel is in the greatest food producting nation in the world. One up side tea on tap. In formed reception about the food nothing happened.
On the up side a number of members of staff did go up and beyond mainly a lady who worked in the lobby bar name of Alexander and a guy who worked Thursday who was also very helpful.
This hotel has great potential but it just seem to have lost its way!

Cheap but effective
The hotel facilitated my needs as I needed to stay in amber listed Ukrainian for 10 days to avoid paying the huge fees of staying as a “prisoner” in the UK COVID hotels. So the cost for 10 days was 80% less than flying direct to the UK !!! (This was in August) The staff were friendly the room was compact but suitable for a solo traveller, couple with large amounts of luggage would struggle. Location was close a shopping mall with an “ultra market”, ice rink and cinema complex all in the same area
The nearest metro was about 10 min walk and there were a few shawarma kiosks dotted around and a McDonalds about 7 mins away if you wanted a quick snack

If you will not have any alternatives you can stay here. Not recomendded
Staff does not care about you. I ask several times extra towel. Even they do not put some shower gel or shampoon before you ask. Order to taxi to hotels gate is problematic. they don't have ELEVATOR. and they did not tell about that. Cleanless is not good. you can not find anything good in this hote.

Hmmm....interesting
I stayed at IQ hotel on 27Dec17, and only for one night. The room is definitely an interesting concept. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay there and I look forward to hopefully staying there again.
