Is near my khe beach. Check in staff is friendly, it was a lady. When check out got a male reception, he is rude and racist. Not recommend to go back to this hotel as other hotel are cheaper.
The free massage is useless and they just give a bowl of so call herbal water to let u soak your leg. Don’t need to waste time go
View is good at the top floor breakfast but please go the lower floor when u wanted to take breakfast. The spread is way better. The staff don’t bother to tell, luckily I tried the lower floor on the second day.

I would like to give a compliment to a guest relation officer, Miss Julie. She is patient, replied whatsapp message in a second and always smiles. I highly recommend my friends to stay at this hotel.
The location is excellent. Have an ocean view from the room and bathroom. Close to shopping mall and restaurants.

Their service and the location are excellent. Breakfast is really tasty. But one thing, they didn’t give us welcome drink:(

Booked three rooms in total and when I requested for a connecting room due to elderly staying alone in one room, the hotel kindly upgraded the room to sea view complimentarily. They also accommodated my request to have all 3 rooms arranged at the same floor - which is so much more convenient ! So we have 2 sea view rooms and 1 city view room. Both sea and city view of the hotel is truly amazing. Staff is friendly and nice, help you with the door and luggages everytime. Strongly suggest to take on the complimentary foot bath because the 20 min definitely helps to relief fatigue. buffet breakfast comes with super great selection - if you prefer the view, go to 28. If you have a bigger group and prefer wider selection of food, then level 3 it is. Easy access to the seaside is a plus point - just across the road, and the hotel slipper is helpful for those who brought sneakers only! If you looking for downside, there are 2 minor ones - (1) the lift is very long wait during breakfast and check out hours. You could be waiting up to 5 min. (2) the position of the toilet roll holder is too far back the toilet bowl - be careful not to sprain ur arm or back while taking toilet papers, and the shower head is not adjustable angle… these are probably design error. But after all, no complaints and definitely happy with this stay especially the view, service and breakfast that they offer!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here!
The service, facilities, and food were all truly five-star. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the view from the window overlooking the ocean was absolutely stunning.
The complimentary 20-minute foot soak experience was such a relaxing treat after a long day.
What touched me the most was the personalized service: the hotel crew found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake.
Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with so much care. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!
