I will be back !! Good Service!! Good taste at hotel's restaurant
The experience is very good for the price of a quick lunch at Lunch Express. The staff is very professional in advising on the quantity and taking care of customers during the meal. I ordered a portion of chicken (don't remember the specific name) and a portion of cream sauce noodles. I really like the cream sauce noodles here because it is very creamy and rich, just the way I like it. Recommend families to come here to eat because the menu is very diverse and the taste is also very delicious, the quantity is large.
For the price of 99k for a meal served with ok service, the quantity is very good and in a hotel, I think it is reasonable for a light lunch.. Just to share,99 000 is for main course only, I paid extra VND 49 000 to use salad station.
I didn't take pictures of other dishes for my family members but I took pictures of the chicken and noodles here to see that the quantity is very good.

always feel like home
Mercure Hai Phong is like our 2nd home in the city. We'd like to give a big thumb up to the FO team, all of them, always give us the best care and arrangement for every our stay. Good hotel in HaiPhong
The location is quite good, in the city where there are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Ms. Uyen is very nice and friendly. She assisted what we requested at breakfast.
The hotel lounge is fine, the food can be improved over there.
The beer bar nearby is very good, lots of local people and they sell cheap beer.

Can't be more satisfied
The hotel is well located, very convenient to access to the heart of city. Staffs are just super nice, helpful with smiles, they always try to adapt with all of your requests. I like my breakfast too, and the view from the pool is stunning. Highly recommend everyone!

A quick visit, but a fantastic short stay!
From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we had a brilliant stay here. ALL of the staff members were very kind, organised, professional, helpful and considerate which isn't always the case at many hotels!!! Their attention to small details. was also memorable. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite: An amazing, spacious & very well presented room. We'll definitely stay here again as it was like a permeant luxury holiday for us!
